Who pays for this repair?

You enter the contract's rule on small repairs once. Every new request shows it before you spend anything.

Up to €150: the tenant. A boiler repair: you.

When do I have to decide?

A contract ending 1 November with three months' notice means deciding by 1 August. You are reminded 90, 60 and 30 days ahead.

Decide by 1 August 2027

What did this home earn me?

Rent expected against rent received, late rent flagged, every cost with its receipt. One CSV export at year end.

Per home, per year, with receipts.

A request is only the beginning.

It reaches you by WhatsApp, by email, and by phone at nine in the evening. Follow one through to the receipt.

A few things you might be wondering.

Will my tenants really use it?

It asks very little of them: a link, a description and a photo. If they keep phoning or emailing, you log the request yourself and it lands in the same list.

Does it collect rent?

No. It records the rent you expect and the payments you mark as received. Money keeps moving the way it does today.

Can I use it with my accountant?

Yes. Export income and costs per home as a CSV, receipts included. It does no bookkeeping or tax filing itself.

Can someone else help me manage?

Yes. Invite a manager for all your homes or only some. Managers are free.

Is it for holiday lets?

No. It is built around long-term tenancies.

Is it only for the Netherlands?

No. It comes in Dutch and English and contains no country's rental law. You enter your own contract terms.

More in order. Less on your mind.

Set up your first home and tenancy in about ten minutes.
